A crowd favorite here at The Office Coffee Shop is the Michigan Humane Society. We chose MHS because how could you not? Look at those faces!
Michigan Humane Society is the largest and oldest animal welfare organization in the state. Their mission is to end companion animal homelessness, provide high quality service and compassion, and to be a leader in promoting humane values. They provide pet adoption, veterinary services, cruelty investigations, animal rescues, animal legislation, pet care, humane education and helps with the wildlife department. They offer low cost vaccinations and their veterinary services range from pet health and safety to behavioral assistance.
Michigan Humane Society does not receive government funding so your donations helped with the room and board of at least 14 animals. Even though they are not on this rotation of our charities, you can still help by going to www.michiganhumanesociety.org. You can donate, volunteer, foster animals, march for animals, and even shop apparel.
